Amber came into our home in the summer of 2011, shortly after the birth of our second daughter and just as our oldest daughter was starting kindergarten.  She quickly became like a member of our family.  Our girls love “Ms. Amber,” or “Amby” as they like to call her, and my husband and I can’t imagine our life without her.  She is reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, flexible, and just overall a wonderful person.  We have a very open dialogue about what is going on with the girls, and she really is an extension of our parenting goals and philosophy when she is with our girls.  Not only does she entertain the kids, she also engages them, challenges them and has endless patience with them.  She has helped with diapers, homework, snacks/dinner, and transport to and from extra-curriculars and more throughout the years.  She and her husband even came to watch a piano recital on their own free time because of the love they have for our family.  If you are considering a nanny, I would not hesitate to recommend Amber.  You can trust that she will take care of your little one(s) with the same compassion and care that you do.
